1. Acceptance of terms

By texting our number, replying to our messages, or using premrajka.com (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these Terms as described in Section 8; continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Description of service

Current is a text-message subscription operated by Premrajka LLC. Once subscribed, you choose one or more topics — currently AI, robotics, SaaS, and VC — and receive a short daily text naming one word or concept in the news, a plain-language explanation, and why it matters today. You can also text us anytime with follow-up questions, to change your topics, or to unsubscribe.

3. SMS program terms

This section describes the text messaging program specifically, in addition to the general terms elsewhere on this page.

• Program: Current — daily topic explainers plus two-way support & onboarding replies.
• Frequency: Up to 1 message/day per subscribed topic, plus reply messages while you're setting up or asking questions.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Consent: You opt in by replying to our onboarding conversation and confirming the topics you'd like. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. We'll send one confirmation message and stop texting you after that.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact ankit@premrajka.com.
• Carriers: Not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major U.S. carriers; coverage may vary.
• Region: United States only, for subscribers 18 years or older.

4. Eligibility & conduct

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile number you subscribe with. Please don't use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, or harassing content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.

5. Content & no professional advice

Daily explainers are generated to inform, not to advise. Nothing sent through the Service is financial, legal, or investment advice, and topic coverage (including on SaaS and VC) reflects publicly available news and research sources at the time of writing — verify anything you intend to rely on.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premrajka LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Privacy

We collect what's needed to run the Service — your phone number, message history, and the topics you choose. We do not sell, rent, or share that data, including SMS consent details, with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date above when we do; material changes to the SMS program terms will also be noted in a text message where practical.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
