Governing your use of Current, a daily tech update on WhatsApp, and of premrajka.com, both operated by Premrajka LLC. Applies to: messaging program & website. Contact: ankit@premrajka.com.

1. Acceptance of terms

By messaging our number, replying to our messages, or using premrajka.com (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these Terms as described in Section 8; continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Description of service

Current is a WhatsApp message subscription operated by Premrajka LLC. Once subscribed, you choose one or more topics — currently AI, Robotics, Tech Gossip, Startup Finance, and Space Tech — and receive a short message every morning spotlighting one thing in the news, usually a product, a company, a funding round, or something a tech leader said or did publicly, with a plain-language explanation and why it matters today. Your first update arrives right after you sign up. You can reply anytime in plain language to add or drop topics or to ask follow-up questions about Currents you received in the past week, or reply STOP to unsubscribe.

3. Messaging program terms

This section describes the WhatsApp messaging program specifically, in addition to the general terms elsewhere on this page.

• Program: Current — daily topic updates plus onboarding, topic-change, and follow-up question replies (follow-up questions: up to 5 answered per day, about Currents received in the past week).
• Frequency: Up to 1 message/day per subscribed topic, delivered every morning — around 7am Pacific in the US and Canada, 7:30am in India — plus reply messages while you're setting up, changing topics, or asking follow-up questions.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Consent: You opt in by replying to our onboarding conversation and confirming the topics you'd like. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. We'll send one confirmation message and stop messaging you after that. Reply START to resume.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact ankit@premrajka.com.
• Delivery: Not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Region: Available to phone numbers in the United States, Canada, and India (other countries that share the +1 code may also work but aren't officially supported), for subscribers 18 years or older.
• Language: Currents and replies are in English.

4. Eligibility & conduct

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile number you subscribe with.

Current is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that a subscriber is under 18, we will end their subscription and delete their phone number and message history. If you believe someone under 18 has subscribed, contact us using the details in the Contact us section and we will remove them.

Please don't use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, or harassing content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.

5. Content & no professional advice

Daily explainers and answers to your questions are generated to inform, not to advise. Nothing sent through the Service is financial, legal, or investment advice, and topic coverage (including on Startup Finance) reflects publicly available news and research sources at the time of writing — verify anything you intend to rely on. Tech Gossip reports what public figures in technology have said or done publicly, as covered by news outlets, including personal news they've announced themselves. It never covers rumors, second-hand gossip, or anything the person hasn't made public, and does not reflect the views of Premrajka LLC. All content sent through the Service, including Tech Gossip, is drawn solely from publicly available information — never from confidential, leaked, or otherwise non-public sources. The Current archive at premrajka.com republishes past Currents as they were originally sent. Each one reflects what was publicly known on the day it was sent; Premrajka LLC doesn't update archived Currents as events develop, and they may no longer be accurate.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premrajka LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Privacy

• What we collect: Your phone number, the topics you choose, and the messages you exchange with Current, including questions you ask.
• Why: To send your daily Currents, answer your questions, and manage your subscription.
• Service providers: These process data on our behalf to run the Service: Meta/WhatsApp and Twilio (message delivery); Supabase (data storage); AI model providers, via OpenRouter and TypeSafe, which generate Currents and answers and receive the text of your questions; and a web search provider, which receives a rewritten version of your question but not your phone number.
• No marketing use: We do not sell, rent, or share that data, including messaging consent details, with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
• Retention: We keep your phone number, topics, and message history while you're subscribed and after you unsubscribe, so you can resume anytime by replying START. To have your number and message history deleted, email ankit@premrajka.com.
• Your rights: You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or raise a concern, by emailing ankit@premrajka.com.

We do not knowingly process personal data of anyone under 18; see Eligibility & conduct.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date above when we do; material changes to the messaging program terms may also be noted in a WhatsApp message.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
